We are seeking a Sprinkler System Professional who enjoys working in an awesome team atmosphere and cares about protecting buildings from the dangers of fire. This position performs inspection, testing, and maintenance on fire sprinkler systems and other water-based systems in accordance with all national and local standards. Responsibilities include following and maintaining highly structured inspection schedules, completing required documentation including deficiency repair recommendations, discussing noted deficiencies with customers, performing repairs, and working over time when needed.

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 2 years’ experience performing Inspections, Testing, and Maintenance (ITM) of Fire Sprinkler and/or Fire Life Safety Systems; 5 years for Senior level.

Primary Job Accountability:

• A Security Systems Estimator is responsible for evaluating project specifications and requirements to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
• Onsite visits are required to ensure the system design meets both the client’s needs and the company’s profit objectives, often collaborating with key stakeholders to refine project scopes and budgets.
• Their expertise ensures that clients receive efficient, cost-effective security systems tailored to their specific requirements.
• The project designer will possess a strong working knowledge of the systems that are sold by Schmidt Security Pro and the installation requirements for each.
