Are you changing your phone provider? When the phone tech arrives give our office a call and place your system on test. After the work is completed, as the tech if they mind staying so that you can test your alarm system.
How to test your system:
After you have had us place your system on test, arm you system to away.
Once the system is armed open a door that is not a delay door. The alarm will start going off.
Allow the siren to go off for 45 seconds and then put your code in to disarm the system.
Once your test is complete, call in to our office and we will verify signals.
