It is a good idea to test your alarm system once a month just to make sure your system is communicating properly with our Central Station. Before doing a test please make sure to call our office at 419-526-4747/866-526-4747 and we will make sure that no one is called and no authorities are dispatched while you are testing your alarm. When you test your alarm you are going to arm (turn on) your system like you are leaving your home or business. After your system is finished counting down the delay time you will open up a door or window or walk in front of a motion to make the system go in to alarm. The siren will need to sound for at least 45 seconds before you go to the keypad and disarm (turn off) the alarm system. After you have completed the test please give our office a call at 419-526-4747/866-526-4747 and we will be happy to review your signals and let you know how your test went.
